This policy applies to people and organizations that visit our website, contact us, start a trial, or use LocalAgents Shared. If you use LocalAgents Shared on behalf of an organization, you are responsible for ensuring that you have authority to provide information and connect any third-party services.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, message, organization details, and support requests. We may also collect account, billing, device, diagnostic, and usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve LocalAgents Shared. When you connect an external service, we receive only the information and permissions necessary for the workflow you authorize.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to trial, contact, waitlist, and demo requests (handled by the LocalAgents sales / inbound team — not a public personal inbox); deliver and operate LocalAgents Shared (a shared cloud service where each account's data is kept separate); billing and account administration (e.g. payment links); improve reliability, security, and product quality; and comply with law and enforce our terms. Customer workflows on LocalAgents are not used to train public foundation models.
4. Hosting (Shared)
LocalAgents Shared runs on a shared cloud service where each account's data is kept separate. Apps you choose to connect keep their own data in their own services, under their own terms. Private Dedicated is planned as a waitlist option; availability, timing, and terms may change.
5. Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us run the site and product (hosting, forms/webhooks, email, and our payment and accounting service providers), under contracts that limit use to providing those services; the LocalAgents sales / inbound team for lead handling; and authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by information type, account status, operational need, and applicable law. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information for legitimate business purposes.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can ensure absolute security, and you should use strong credentials and safeguard access to any connected services.
8. Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information, subject to applicable law and our verification process. You may also disconnect integrations, update account information, or stop receiving non-essential communications. Some choices may limit service functionality.
9. Children and LocalAgents
LocalAgents is for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
10. International
Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and process information in accordance with applicable law.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy and revise the effective date. Your continued use of LocalAgents Shared after an update is subject to the then-current policy.
